• My sylvanian baby has dust on it, how do I clean them?

  -Using a small piece of tape, gently pat over you babies fur to carefully remove any dust or debris they may have. For babies such as the persian kittens, we recommend using a small pair of tweezers to remove the dust as the tape may remove some of the fluff!

• How do I attach my keychains using the loop strap?

Restock dates will be listed on social media. Sadly we cannot gurantee if/when a specfic baby will be restocked, especially ones from our preloved section.

PRELOVED SYLVANIANS :

Our preloved sylvanian family keychains are made using sylvanians that have had previous homes or are vintage and no longer available to buy from the sylvanian family website / sylvanian family stockers. They may have some minor imperfections which will always be noted and the price will reflect this too! Please consider adopting one of these babies to give them a new, happy life with you!
